Wembley is an awful football ground. Terrible acoustics, dreadful seating plan, a billion corporate seats. By far the worst 'big' ground I've stepped foot in.

Agreed, a complete bag of shit; souless, god awful area, laughably atrocious transport links, £#%&! knows where all that money went.

If you were thinking up the single worst location to build a large stadium from almost every point of view, Wembley could well be it.

Always make me laugh that despite all the above there was some obsession to rebuild there 'cos it's Wembley'. They could have built it £#%&!ing anywhere and still used the brand name Wembley ffs. Thick @#%&!s.

a few blackpool fans i know booked a weeks holiday there because they were so impressed after they'd visited for the play off final.

£80 a ticket for club allocations. Still a lot, but better
