Ask yourself this though, which team is picking Ince over Keane when they're at their pomp? Different players of course, and if you can pick both maybe you do that, but if it's one or the other we both know the answer.

Not a chance Ince was as good as Keane, ffs.

At his pomp, in the very early 2000s, Keane was arguably the best central midfielder anywhere in Europe. The definition of world class.

Ince was very good, but never got anywhere near that level.

Might add this to the desktop folder of whips most stupid posts.

Ince was a good player there’s nqat but he couldn’t lace Keane’s boots. His overall career was mediocre at best and he was a #@&%! to boot. I was on holiday in Tenerife when Benn was training and they were both in the hotel we was staying at. I was only about 12/13 and I went over to try and speak to him and he told his (Benn’s) entourage to “keep the £#%&!ing kids away”.

Tomasz Kuszczak has 3 PL's, 2 league cups, a champions league, a club world cup and 3 charity shields.

Clear of de gea imo

You compared their trophie hauls pal. What has trophies got to do with a players skill level? Nacho has 5 champions league medals compared to Keane's 1, does that make him 5 times better?

I've got no problem with people saying Keane is better than Ince, it's the widely held opinion, but as usual your fosters soaked brain has completely missed the point

Didn’t just choose to miss the individual honours bit? You keep comparing him to Tomas Kuszac and telling me I’ve missed the point

Right but it is arguable, because it's an opinion. Like yours.

Imagine telling your 10 year old self that in 30 years time we'd be sat on a football forum posting honours listings of players to debate how good they were.

Harsh on thrills.

Ince was a great player for United. History and emotion can't wipe that away.

Back on topic, the boy Ince came up in the heart of NF territory dodging bananas and violent racist thugs throughout. He then stabbed those backwards @#%&!s in the back by wearing a United shirt before he'd officially signed. Doesn't get anywhere near enough credit for offering out an entire stand at Selhurst after the kung-£#%&!ick and his crime seems to be over-celebrating a goal against a club and a manager who treated him like shit.

“When I saw everyone running to the touchline and squeezing the Lucozade bottle – knowing Gazza, it was vodka and orange inside – it didn’t really resonate with me’,” Incey says. “I thought, ‘What the £#%&! are they doing?’ and then it just clicked, ‘Yeah, OK, dentist’s chair, I £#%&!ing get it, right, £#%&! it, let’s try and win this £#%&!ing game and stop £#%&!ing about’.”

Being a good or great player wasn't the question though was it? That celebration when I thought we'd blown the league.
