For some kind of cheap dig at me, you compared me leaving my wife to Rio losing his 30 something year old wife to cancer and leaving three kids without a mother. It's not that difficult but siders kind of confused everything.

Can we talk about this documentary yet or do we need to wait until it's aired?

I suppose with him being interested in all things media related it's not all that strange, but I'm not entirely sure what the point of filming his tortuous climb out of misery is.

I'd feel a bit of a ghoul watching it. Shame on you all.

Suppose it might feel therapeutic for him to get it out publicly. Probably avoids talking about it most of the time.

I've no intention of watching it myself, mind. Women are all over it obvs.

Seems like a great bloke does Rio, and I wouldn't wish what he and his kids have gone through on anybody.
I think being in the media spotlight would almost make it worse too.

Looking forward to seeing this

Saw a clip of it on Twitter where he's talking about his wife and breaks down.

I think it hits harder when you see someone with such a big personality and seemingly everything you could want in the world exposing their human weaknesses so brutally.

I'm married but no kids and it made me consider how I could cope with losing my wife and I honestly don't think I could, never mind with two young lads dependent on me to be strong.

He must be a hell of a man to have gone through what he has.

I note that some QPR fans have been a bit sheepish in the last few days - yes he was phoning it in there, but the reasons for that are now pretty obvious.

Not sure I'll watch it tbh, think it'll be a very tough watch. The misses will no doubt watch it though...

I think it's brave of him to be doing this program and I can imagine that a lot of people in similar situations will take a lot from it

Legend of United and comes over as a nice bloke.
