I've got high hopes for my new season with Ipswich... I've dragged the average rating up by 2/3 points and I'm going to be disappointed if I don't finish in the playoffs.

Got alot of Oldies in though, I've gone for promotion at all costs and then once I am in the premierleague. I will sell most of them and replace them with younger players.

Season 1 in the premierleague is about survival for me.

sounds a good plan tbf, ive mainly gone for youngsters now. pedro at barca is bound to get an increase at least.
