That lad from RI mag writes for the examiner, RI have been known to get some dirty rumours wrong sometimes. Don't know if it was he who wrote the one that got taken down tho.

It's not Rooney isn't playing for legal reasons, it's Mitten wants to say the reason Rooney won't play but is afraid of being sued for libel.
