With Hillary Clinton in town (whose husband was dropping bombs on the place 11 years ago) to discuss Kosovo too, I suppose nationalist feeling is heightened right now.

At least Nemanja will be fit for Saturday.

She's there to discuss Kosovan independence, isn't she? tbh, I doubt anyone would riot at a football match because of a Gay Pride march - if so, they burnt the wrong flag!

What ever the reason, they're obviously reactionary #@&%!s. Serbia will no doubt have to play the next few games behind closed doors or at neutral venues. Their fans will probably be banned from travelling too.

Ah, so nothing to do with the usual unimaginative, turgid shite from En-ger-land then

(you're not wrong, though)

England were pretty poor but montenegro were pretty much allowed to chop england players down with impunity. The ref was a total clown tbh.

At least rooney looked as useless for them as he has done for us.

Chicharito has scored for Mexico, they're losing at the moment though.

Is rooney's form now his worst ever? Can't remember the last time when he has looked so ineffective and turgid for such a long run of matches.

Thought he was one of our better players last night. And taking into consideration his injuries and the shit with his private life, I think he's doing alright.

Apparently a lot of the trouble was caused by Red Star ultras, who don't usually travel to international games, so won't be concerned by a ban. Seemingly, they went all the way to Genoa "to get" goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic, a graduate of their youth team who joined Partizan last month. He was removed from the squad before kick-off after being attacked by the RS ultras on the team bus.

eurovision ref + gareth barry = frustration for rooney.

yes, his form is shit, but when he looks behind him he must feel depressed.

I expect things will look a lot better at the week-end when thete's no svenapello.

Said on SSN this morning that Stojkovic had to be taken to hospital after the attack?

Madness.
