If he intended on buying United, I’d guess he wouldn’t shit on the people that he’d be doing business with.

The Glazers were reported interested in selling 30% of the club to the Saudi’s. The part where he said that they don’t want to sell probably isn’t accurate and may be a prompt.

Take what you want from it.

They dont want to sell. Clear as day.

They are billionaire paupers who want rich Saudi or Ratcliffe money to fund them, only on the condition that they stay in full control.

because the don't want to sell. What a nightmare.

That they are looking for investors at least suggests that they are starting down the road to selling.

They want an offer they can't refuse, the hungry @#%&!s. Won't sell my arse, if there is one thing the Glazers value above all its money. They'd deal with Hitler if he had the cash to buy them out.

Not really.

It means they recognise the need for investment but have no intention of sacrificing a few dividend issues to allow it.

They don’t want anyone with any power who can stop their dividends, question wages, have sight of loans secured against the club or see the true financial picture imo. Something will have to give as nobody is giving them money for nothing, which is what they seem to think they’re entitled to.

In the Athletic weren't they saying it's mainly that bald @#%&! Joel, and that the others would happily sell given a sizeable offers comes in.

Maybe if he was bumped off we'd be sold.

It's been that way for years according to numerous sources.
