Why would it deter ME investors or Martian investors, for that matter? Doesn’t matter who the owners are. We don’t need them to pump money into the club that it can’t generate itself, anymore than we want them strip the club bare. We will run just fine as long as the owners allow the club to run itself. If we were permitted to use our own income for stadium/player investment, we’d still be in good financial health.
