It’s possible to be critical of both Ten Hag and marlo tbh.

Well, we tried to comfort ourselves this week that’d we’d raise our game for the bigger matches, but the concern was we’d get a serious tonking as soon as we played a good team, and that’s exactly what’s happened.

Two teams who are the polar opposite of what we’ve become have come here and completely taken the piss out of us, with our only response being moaning to refs and petulant bookings.

Feels like the usual 2 year cycle repeating itself: new manager comes in, does ok. Any progression isn’t backed up by the owner, then we struggle and the leaks begin before the players down tools. It’s a spiral that only ends one way.

Every manager since Fergie has had their spell like this and none of them survived it.

We’ve a rancid club right now. We just swallow up players and managers. An absolute graveyard.

And the owners aren’t going anywhere.
