He's a class act, gets the usual Arsenal medical seal of approval with muscular injuries etc but compared to Barkley he's also into MENSA territory. Barkley's decision making is horrific, total Gerrard of a player.

He's as good as any British midfielder available, but above that he's very young & well capable of progressing. Not the finished article but if you look at him at his best he's destroyed the league & done it in the CL, internationals with lots to come.
Definitely goes missing. Not sure beating a mediocre hull in extra time disproves my point. Should be doing that in normal time. He is talented but lacks huevos and gets injured a lot as you say. But he'll never be anything more than a sideman anyway. Barkley is gonna be the big chief of a team soon.

Scores great goals too. His volley against Norwich was £#%&!ing stunning.
