Default Rooney starts, 1-0 Mourinho already

Moyes has lost my backing, official.

Rooney will be a disgrace tonight and they made the right call going with no striker, gonna swamp our midfield 2.

Easy, pol. Let's see what happens first

Mourinho's no-striker policy tonight could be very wise or made to look a total £#%&!-up if we smash them

Rooney's played 25 minutes of competitive football in 4 months. How good does he have to be in order for him not to be a disgrace in your learned opinion?

If he's staying (& I still think he'll end up leaving this time next week funnily enough) then Moyes has said he wants him to stay & so have Vidic, Van Persie, Welbeck, Kagawa, Carrick, Jones & Giggs.
Why is Moyes wrong to get him involved & how is it 1-0 to Mourinho??

Default Cant

believe Moyes has fallen for this and been made to look a right turd.

Mourinho has stitched him up good and proper - ffs, Sir Matt would be spinning in his grave.

May as well throw in the towel lads - Big Mo has just made Little Mo look like a right lightweight. Sad stuff.

You have answered you're own question.

Not just that, the fat scouse @#%&! clearly doesn't want to be here, yet he's starting against the club he is likely to end up at sometime next week.

If he's going he will want to leave on a high and show his quality to the fans or shut them up. If he's staying he needs to prove his worth to Moyes and the fans. Either way he will work hard tonight or damage his reputation even further. Excellent man management in my opinion.

I'm not moyes biggest fan, but lets watch the game first. He is in a difficult situation.

Rooney has been great so far, perhaps you should have waited until half time at least.

Harsh by armchair turning this into a new thread, but also very funny

The line ups, tactics and performances in big games by United have been a disgrace for years now. Moyes is just carrying on tradition.
