This is the only way to go, isn't it.
Everyone likes the guy, so do what you can to facilitate a good rehab and take it from there. A short term contract offer if/when he regains full fitness would be a nice boost for the squad but if he chooses LA or somesuch, then fair £#%&!s, thanks for the 16/17 season & all the best. In the meantime, the rebuilding must continue apace and according to Mourinho's design... |
