Refs makes mistakes. Shit happens, but I can't stand it when they're just weak. Home refs, shitting out of big decisions, evening things up. That's just weak.

As much as the ones who make it all about them are annoying (hi, Mike dean!) It's worse when they look terrified of being there and don't want to actually have to do their job.
