Milan. That season was so much fun, just a pity the legs were gone, and the defenders had fallen to bits by the second leg. Probably the last season were Giggs and Scholes were great together, seemed to take turns after that year, added to Ronaldo and Rooney excelling with the freedom and responsibility than no RVN meant.

Three last minute winners v City that season. I remember thinking if I'd been a blue I'd have needed counselling.

Ridiculous goonage, and I knew we had the title when that went in.

His celebration in front of the Everton fans who had been giving it to him all game.

What a side that was.

One of my favourite seasons

Not sure if it was because the previous couple of seasons Chelsea looked unstoppable and we'd been stuttering and then we came out that season beasting Fulham (I think?) in the first game of the season and kept playing some brilliant football

And all after the World Cup and the media hyping the Rooney v Ronaldo 'wink' made it even sweeter

Something about winning a title back that's so much sweeter than retaining it.

Used to buzz off the "Mourinho are you listening..." chant that season.

The rocket against Newcastle always springs to mind when talking about his great goals. "He shinned it in" against city (copyright: every city fan in the world)

The Bolton one for me closely followed by the overhead kick against City. He's given us so many memories

Not helped by some of our own "fans", of course - "Ronaldo got Rooney sent off!!"

No, I'm afraid Wazza did that by stamping on the Portuguese player's %@#$&!s

Was a great game. One of the great United comebacks, and the moment I knew we were winning the league and getting our trophy back.

Am I right in thinking that's the game where little Chrissy Eagles scored as he went through on goal like a baby deer. Was a tidy finish from the lad.
