The one that sticks in my mind is the one against Everton at Goodison. Utd went 2-0 early in the second half. I think he scored United's third and I remember going batshit mental. It was around 2007.

Sat three or four rows back in the Stretty, that night, right behind the goal. Perfect position for his free kick. Managed to get a Rooney, Rooney chant going as well. Loved it. When he was warming up that night, he was hitting balls like ballistic missiles.

Favourite goal has to be the City overhead kick, though. Such a shame that Youtube clip of him scoring it with the Escape to Victory soundtrack playing, when Pele did the same thing, got removed due to a copyright violation. Proper magical moment.

Glad he's finally got the record and hopefully he'll get a few more and help us into the CL next year.
