We created no chances, zero, yesterday because the Southampton defence were able to settle into their shape and prevent us getting the ball to any one of any importance. This is because our players are too static, offering nothing in terms of moving defenders about, finding and creating space for others to give them the ball in dangerous areas, not causing any confusion or problems for the opposition defenders, no doubt, not causing them to make mistakes etc. Hence no goals.

Somebody else did play instead of him and we created absolute £#%&! all. Isn't it the strikers fault for not creating chances?
You are aware he helped create both of Rooney's goals against Newcastle yes?

Yesterday he played a winger upfront as a striker. That was idiotic and I'm hoping an experiment.
Rooney upfront instead of in midfield and we'd be in a far better position now. Falcao is not and will not be the answer.
He may well have had the final touch for Rooney's first against Newcastle, his best touch in a United shirt tbf, but that aside he was a passenger. Just as he has been in every game he's played. He was dropped because he hasn't been good enough or fit enough. Simple.
