Palhinha looked decent at the Euros. Big, physical presence as well, which would be a refreshing change to the midget Fred getting rag-dolled every week.
Neves would be my pick. Silky £#%&!er on the ball, good age and knows the League. Think he'd go up a few levels playing in a better team, too. Rice is just stupidly priced. £100m+ they want for him.
