They're getting softer and softer.

Who was that little South American they had in midfield the other year who looked like he had a bit about him? Why get rid of him and keep proven shite like Xhaka.

Grealish is wasted in his city team. He'll have all his maverick, individual skill drilled out of him by Guardiola and become just another cog in the machine.

He should be in the middle of the pitch running with the ball and taking people on, not hugging the touchline and then laying it inside every time

Putting artetas shite aside: he has a similar problem ole has in which none of these guys are leaders or have any balls about them.

A few guys who score a good volley and dine off it on Instagram for 2 months. Aubameyang is one . He lacks bite.

Arsenal are sort of half doing one thing and half another . In process they’re lost and doing nothing.

Either defend deep in numbers and counter, or leave a couple of tall guys up front and go direct . They’re doing neither and the players don’t want to play for him

What exactly is Arteta meant to building towards?

They seem to have accepted their fate as England’s 12th best team for the next few years under the illusion that he’s building for the future.

If he is, I’m buggered if I can see it. They just look appalling and they’re getting worse.

I know they have injuries and I know their fixtures are tough, but there’s no excuse for such limp showings and no amount of ‘philopshy’ excuses the lack
Of basics: work rate, organisation etc.

The amount of slack he gets is ridiculous. Why? He has no experience, he’s worked under pep. That’s it. ole gets pelters and a total lack of respect, having done considerably more.

They’re no paupers either. They’ve spent £120m this summer. They have some quality players: Auba, Saka, Tierney, Lacazette and they do £#%&! all at both ends of the pitch.

This is the worst Arsenal team I’ve seen in my lifetime.

Xhaka: another #@&%!.

That @#%&! was barely a footballer, never mind a midfielder.

What a ridiculous tackle from a really unlikeable character.

Arteta patting him on the back. Absolute fanny. Probably call him ‘brave’ at full time

That's the one, googled him and he's still contracted to the club.

Loaned him to Athletico last season and Fiorintina this season.

Lets loan out a player that played 19 games for the team that won La Liga and stick with Xhaka

Take your time Jesus mate, no rush.

If this gets really bad I’m not sure Arteta is going to be able to survive this

Be fitting if City end him after he left them to go to Arsenal tbh.

Question is; who the £#%&! replaces him? That is a hell of a challenge and there's not exactly an abundance of managers out there..

Can’t even enjoy it anymore. £#%&!ing giving city an easy win. Just be competitive, like Leicester are or other teams . He’s gone after this IMO.
