IIRC the match wasnt on telly. Remember my dad going mental, telling me to come listen. All crowded round the kitchen radio.

No gifs in those days so had to wait for the 10 o clock news to see it

I have a memory of watching it. Then again, my memory is piss poor and it's been shown a million times since...

yep - wasn't on telly - it was my 11th birthday and i'd just got a shirt with 'Cantona 7' on the back so i remember it well (the curse)

they showed it on the news that night and i think there was a MOTD as well that night.
