Technically quite a limited player. Not the best. But overall in general a solid midfielder..

I like him mainly because of his attitude and consistent performances. Always stamps his personality on matches.

Looks to have the qualities to be a future captain imo..

Shit.

Really, really bad luck.

Does this mean a return from Matic?

Jones moving into midfield?

So we are missing 2 of our 3 first choice midfielders. Great

A more physical Herrera in the making for me. Stronger character too.

We'll see his worth in the games that he's gonna miss. Hopefully not too many with the international break happening!

I think the problem is that our squad is so thread bare that an injury we get to preferred first 11 is an absolute crises. Especially in midfield.

I get what you’re saying but since LVGs first season we have had a horrendous number of injuries year in, year out. Made me wonder what we were doing in training for a while.

Why are you talking about Matic in a thread specifically about Scott The Scottish Player?

You’re making yourself look a fool mate. Why are you wasting time on a The Scottish Player thread when you could be telling us more about how our manager is out of his depth and should resign asap.

Whereas I don't think the scousers have ever had an injury in the last two seasons. What's going on? What do they do differently?
