Good experience as well

Loss does not really matter that much, draw would be fine.

Just need to win the 2 home games and its all good

I'd rather get the win and qualify as soon as possible.

If the last home game is a must win and we're 1-0 up after 89 minutes...£#%&!in hell

There is no way we're going to get knocked out of this group. Besiktas and CSKA just aren't even nearly good enough. So there's no point putting out a strong side on a plastic pitch in Russia when we have a the dippers away at the weekend.

If we lost in Moscow, but won at Anfield, I'd take that all week long.

Obviously the league and Europe are our priorities and rightly so but a nice cup run with a win over the dippers in the final would be awesome.
I was proper £#%&!ed off when we went out last year, I really wanted another domestic double and an unprecedented domestic treble

It must be only me that thinks those surfaces are excellent, and don't have any added potential for injury. I play on them all the time. But in any case, the game's not important enough, regardless of surface, to risk too many first teamers.

This is Sunderland all over again. Good motivation for cska with us thinking our second string is better than they are. Ferie out

There's a reserve game on Thursday, I suspect he will play 90 minutes in that and probably come into contention for Barnsley.
