A fans’ plastic cafe chair throwing competition. With England already through, it’s all to play for.

Thankfully, whilst I adore the mighty Manchester Reds and despise Liverpool, I dont hate everyone - although admittedly this only allows me to suffer exactly the same frustrations every other summer as I do following lovely us.

As for those little Englanders, they are a bit annoying, but I actually have a lot of respect for them deep down. Backbone of our footballing pyramid that is among the deepest in the world of football.

Top reds don't follow England, I get it. Funnily enough hard-core scousers feel the same way. Makes you think...

A kid with about 3 PL games vs a genuine £100m player we’ve been crying out for for the past decade? We’ve been here before. #Clevs

I’m about 2/3 more games off changing my stance on the same question. The lad has been phenomenal and pretty much looks our best player every time he steps on the pitch.

Swear you lot who voted no a few weeks ago would have voted for J@&%!aj over David Silva or Gareth Bale.

Anyway, let’s enjoy it.

I think that was the measured viewpoint at the time.

Each time he does something like today I'll look more incorrect...

Obviously I hope he turns out to be world class player ffs!

I've always rated Rice but he's a farmer compared to Mainoo. He should be in a tractor protesting.
