Default Carlos Tevez.

Has he played this midweek? We'll need him for Satdee with Saha likely to decide it's too cold to play on Satdee or whatever is excuse is this week.

Has there been any news on what is wrong with Saha this time, I was away for a week after Wigan so didnt see anything. Is he expected to be fit for Villa?

He played on Tuesday night. Not particularly well, unfortunately. Although he did still manage to put in his usual shift in terms of off-the-ball work, this in spite of the sapping temperature and humidity levels in Maracaibo. So he's probably £#%&!ed.

Would expect him to be on the bench, but with Tevez you never know.

Not sure how we can leave him on the bench, given we have no other forward options?

Yes, apparantly he went to see a specialist after the Wigan game and it turns out he's a £#%&!ing tart.

He played both games. Didn't stop running. I doubt fergie will play him on satdee.

I think there is a chance of 4-3-3 with hargreaves fit now. hargy, scholes, giggs with ronnie, rooney and anderson upfront. Also with a view to counter villa's 4-3-3.

BTW, where is official team thread bedders?

A day early for any official team threads innit. I hope Anderson isn't shoved upfront, he showed he's naturally a midfielder against Wigan and would hope we cntinue playing him there.

I really doubt that given hargy bargy is back, scholes and giggs have had plenty of rest, Mr. Versatile is back and scottish scarecrow is also back from injury.

It would be a £#%&!ing stupid idea to play Anderson up front.

To be fair to Saha, it is pretty cold at the moment.

I can't see any way in which Hargreaves will start. I expect Fletcher to start and probably Giggs and Scholes given they've had the week off.
I hope Anderson continues but not played too advanced.

I suspect Tevez will also be on the bench. Don't be suprised if Rooney is too considering his efforts and that unforgiving surface in Russia.

Agreed, though I suspect you think it'd be stupid to do anything other than £#%&! him off.

Tevez and Rooney on the bench? Is it me and you playing up front then?

Sorry, I read that back and it's misleading. I meant that we are assuming Tevez will be rested but it could just as easily be Rooney. I don't think the pitch would've helped and he took a knock in the second half.

I doubt both will start. I think this is one of those situations where we have to be a little more forgiving of Fergie's line ups. He'll assess the players upon returning and has decisions to make and quickly. We don't know the condition of the players so it's hard to judge.

Also, I think myself and Bedders would be an excellent partnership. Given time ofcourse.

.
Could be Ronnie too? He's played both games too. Fergie doesn't tend to rest Ronnie or Rooney though in my experience. I hope he plays both and Tevez petrsonally as long as they aren't totally knackered, we started looking good against Wigan and I'd like that to continue along with Anderson in midfield.
