Guard of honour for the bitters. Good times.

Regardless of who he writes for he has a point or two.

Don't care how petty it would look, should results and timing dictate it, no £#%&!ing way should Utd have a guard of honour for those @#%&!s

One hopes they drop points before then or, we beat them (lol)
We'll drop points before then, it'll be fine.

Bloke is about 90% spot on btw.

Yes but, I don't want to form a guard of honour either for them.
Not that it'll matter to some of them

So lets bring up how much he spent, to emphasize his shortcomings."jose has spent so much money and has still created a poor team"

Then let the readers know that man city and psg have spent more than jose.

So if we are judging jose on how much he has spent and its relation to how well the team is doing...quite literally 2nd is exactly where he should be in the league

But that's an hysterical article. This team won 2 (three) trophies last season and sits second in the league behind THE GREATEST TEAM EVER ASSEMBLED.

Time for some calm.
Pogba is having a moment, Sanchez has only just joined.

Our two best players click and we will leather most teams in the league, maybe even give City a game.

The backtracking on here will be incredible.

There's an awful lot of hope there.

If we played like a team or had any sort of structure or plan, we could absorb a couple of off form/settling players, the fact we are £#%&!ed the moment Pogba is unavailable or off form shows how disjointed a collection of players we currently are.

The big problem this season has been a reliance on both Pogba and Matic being fit. This needs to be remedied in the summer.

The new problem is that they're both fit, but not playing well.

Matic isn't terrible but has certainly dropped a level these last few months. Whatever's happening with Pogba should be a blip. If not - we're £#%&!ed.

Mourinho isn't daft, he'll see what's going on currently and sort it out. Might need to call on Carrick?

We once played half a season with a midfield of John O'Shea and Ryan Giggs and were better than this. It's about how the team are set up and the jobs the players have. It's utterly reliant on individual performances, not on team performances.

This has been going on for 18 months, he doesn't appear to see, understand or be capable of sorting it out.

the big problem has been thinking matic + pogba is a midfield, irrespective of fitness or form. as for mourinho seeing problems and sorting them out....

might need to call on carrick? like he just did? but taking matic and pogba off, obvs. the #@&%!.

Games like Newcastle and Huddersfield happen, they always have. Go back to Fergies era and we'd lose to stupid teams once or twice a season.

Our biggest problem is the way we play against the other top teams. Spurs was humiliating, they were toying with us by the end ffs.

We'll probably finish second and that would be progress. Switch to 4-3-3, sign a CB, DM & RB, add more confidence and we'll be challenging City next season.

Yes, this seems to be the most likely outcome.

The entire 25 man squad cost £556m

I have no idea where he's getting 660.8 from.
