Default OFFICIAL: Crystal Palace v Manchester United|Premier League|Monday 5th March 2018|20:00|Sky Sports

TEAM NEWS

Crystal Palace's injury crisis will be eased by the returns of Kelly and Schlupp in time for Monday's visit United.

The Eagles also signed Cavalieri on a free transfer on Friday to boost numbers, but the on-loan Fosu-Mensah is ineligible against his parent club.

Yohan Cabaye, Speroni, Joel Ward, Scott Dann, Mamadou Sakho, Jason Puncheon, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Wilfried Zaha, Bakary Sako and Connor Wickham are all expected to be absent.

Meanwhile, Mourinho is not going to rush back Zlatan Ibrahimovic, despite the United manager expecting this to be the striker's last season at the club.

The veteran Swede is back in training after a knee issue, but Mourinho will not utilise him at Crystal Palace on Monday unless the player is convinced of his fitness.

Marcos Rojo, Daley Blind and Phil Jones have missed recent matches with injuries of their own, while midfielders Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera remain absent. Sergio Romero was missing from the squad against Chelsea.

That is a hell of an injury list for Palace. Should win but away form has been unreliable. Hate Monday night games involving Utd, the wait, back at work and one of the nights I play on.

Nothing great, Monday is just a group of guys who have been playing for years, 7/8 aside, play on Thursdays as well in a 7 aside league, bit better. Sacked off Saturday football mostly, too many wild tackles, was playing in a league 3/4 years ago and in the first 8 games there were 5 broken legs/ankles.

Will play as long as I can, 38 now, still love it, though my 21 yo self would be embarrassed by how bad I am these days.

Decent was the answer I was looking for. Good on you pal, I wish I wasn’t so lazy.

Don't worry, if any team out there can make a load of old shit look decent - it's United.

Find a game, doesn't matter what level, or if it is 5/7/11, first few games back will hurt the day(s) after, but that buzz when it is decent, makes it worthwhile.

It will be difficult.

We will be slow. We will be boring. We will probably win.

Hopefully a big performance from the big man is in the offing; he was unplayable at Selhurst Park a couple of months ago :

2 - 0 United

We'll be far too strong for them tonight and we'll be back into second place.
