I know it’s the done thing to criticise all things Liverpool on here, and to be fair they do warrant it 99% of the time, but in this instance maybe you’re all being a little harsh. Imagine a team like the Jacksonville Jaguars coming over during their NFL game at Wembley and taking the time to visit Tavistock Square or the London Underground, laying a wreath in memory of the 7/7 bombings, and posing for pictures holding their team shirts aloft. That would probably be lapped up and viewed as a marvellous gesture.

…actually, thinking about it, “what the £#%&! are these cheddar dicks thinking?” would be the more likely response. Probably why the Jacksonville Jaguars have never bothered.
