Could we have points deducted for this Tim Howard thing?

Here is a fact. Howard signed a five year contract which ends in 2012. Five years, not five and a half.

Therefore I'd say he's still technically Utd's player until July and thus the terms of the original loan agreement still apply.

And yes, the Charlton/Chelsea example is a good one. No one squealed like a fat pig then.

United are the third party. The other 2 parties are Everton and whoever they are competing against.
