Including knees? An infinite amount. My knee control is incredible. Without? Who knows but I’ll try in my garden in a bit.

Sitting, over 100. Standing, never bothered to count past 200.

Both feet, both knees, both shoulders to head is a good one to practice.

No ball in the house, but I’ll give it a go at footy next week. Can’t believe how bad some of you are reckon my Mrs could beat 10 ffs

About 3, two left feet when it comes to football. My dad on the other hand, can do them till he decides he cba, with a tennis ball as well

Never bothered counting, generally pretty good though, can usually keep going until I lose interest or get distracted, which doesn’t tend to take that long as it gets boring.

I can tackle, cross and pass ok just not keepie uppies or headers

Wasted childhood. Already drilling my lad to play a lot.

used to be able to do loads about 20 years ago. Could do all the catching the ball on the back of my neck stuff as well.

Shite now though, probably manage about 10 if im lucky

This is the problem with a lot of exercise, in truth.

How many on here still play a bit? Browser defo still plays to a decent standard. Easily a minimum of 50 before I try showing off and £#%&! it all up.
