when you compare him to somebody like silva it's a joke. he's not even in the same league. Tidy enough player in his own right, but if we spent more than £15m on him i'd be horrified.

why should i be happy we spent "nowt" (come on, this isn't a hovis ad) I'd be a lot happier if we went out and spent on a real top drawer centre mid who has experience preferably of playing at something resembling a big club. Thankgod spurs want silly money for him anyway, should scare us off.
