Reminds me a little of a young Giggs, not just good with the ball at feet, movement is very intelligent as well.

tbf mate it was only 2-0 because of City's poor finishing. they could have easily scored 6.

Middlesbrough were utterly pathetic. They weren't one bit arsed.

I compare him to Martial and one of the main discussion points on here has been how passive Martial can be out of possession, waiting for the ball to feet out wide.

Sane is very different, varies his game, drops off, spins behind, pulls his marker all over. Mark of an intelligent player, coaches at Utd need to be working hard with Martial to improve that side of his game.

saw a bit of this - at 1-0 m'boro' had chances to equalise.

don't see how he's vaguely similar to martial. very odd comparison.

he's more like mhiki. i'm happy with the real thing tbh, but he;'s a good player, nqat.

I was not saying they were/are similar players at this stage. Just a thought on how Martial could develop his game by looking at how other players play that wide attacker role.

Bournemouth have missed two penalties.

I had £3 on them to miss one against us last week.

just think if martial really played to his strengths he'd barely carry the ball and the comparison would be moot... no way martial is a dribbler for me. he's good at setting a defender up one v one and can beat him a few different ways. reckon he'd be a lot better finisher if he focused more on that, meaning from wide he needs to support the opposite winger a lot better - do the basics right and his confidence will build pretty quickly.
