Could see the goal gave him the confidence to keep going at them. Rashford, Martial and Sancho all have their shortcomings, but feel like they could become a productive front 3 for us this season.
Feel like Erik will be great for all of them. |

He put in a shift. That's all I ask. The guy is a far superior athlete to 99% of footballers but he often doesn't show that.

He did good. Even forgave him that shot when he should have passed as he had already done the hard work. Against a high line he really gets to show his best. Instinctive runs and finishes rather than dribbling into defenders.

Played like the player he used to be. Worked hard and more instinctive. Still some weird decision making but it was the exception not the rule.
Has to do the same thing next game and treat last night at his default approach. |
