Outfield players who stop a certain goal with their hands should be sent off and a goal given. %@#$&!s to the penalty which can be missed.

Multiball. C'mon, MULTI. BALL.

Every five minutes with no score another ball is tossed onto the pitch up until every player has a ball each.

Have a 30 second basketball style 'shot clock' on all dead ball kicks in the penalty area - time runs out it's a corner. Stop the clock for penalty kicks/indirect FKs til the whistle goes.

Don't stop the game for any substitution made voluntarily. Medical teams can enter the field during play but if they ask for the clock to be stopped the player must not continue in the match. Any player found subsequently to have been not injured sufficiently to stop the game will be banned for 3 matches.

Managers to be allowed a maximum of 5 minutes per half in the technical area during live play. Any breach and they are sent to the stands and banned for the next match.

All spot on and should be introduced immediately.

I'd like to modify that somewhat - any player requiring medical attention/trainer on the pitch has to leave the pitch & cannot return to the field of play for 5 mins.
That should cut out some of the play-acting.

Also, refs should be open to fair criticism post game and managers shouldn't be banned for doing so, unless an attack on a referee is particularly unjustified and/or malicious.

The only problem with that being teams that are on the receiving end of bad tackles or proper knocks are doubly punished. You'd be encouraging teams to kick the opposition off the pitch.
