when he's on form he's one of the best central midfielders in the league, like people say though he's inconsistent. if he became more consistent at united he could go on to become a brilliant player

we could make worse signings though. would also be funny seeing the geordies get wound up about this, a team who can be filed alongside stoke, bolton, villa, west ham and blackburn, in that they think they have this massive rivalry with united when they don't:shakehead:

Good player. Had some injury issues and playing with inferior players will have affected his performance last season, but can pass and tackle very well, has a great shot and set pieces. I believe in 11/12 season he made more successful tackles than any other midfielder in the league.

As has been said previously, if the sale of someone like Anderson mostly offset the cost, Cabaye would be a great addition.

From Fabregas, to Alcantara, to Fellaini, to Strootman to now Cabaye. More realistic anyways. Maybe next will be Charlie '10m corners' Adam.

Anyways, he won't be a bad signing. Definitely an upgrade over Anderson.

Better sell him quick because I genuinely fear that one of Moyes' traditional pre-season fitness programs will kill the fat @#%&!.

It's part of the standard spy disguise, tbf.

Black Fodera hat, trench-coat, dark sunglasses, reading a newspaper.

So would I. He'll not be good enough now but once he signs for Arsenal he would have improved us

Decent player

Would be better than not signing a midfielder, but that's about it...
