Luckily when I come up for games I don't have to worry about shit like this as have a mate in Whalley Ramge or another in Salford (although he's a City fan so I prefer not to stay there )

I've no issue with him charging fans £270 a night or whatever it is he wants people to pay.

I've no issue with it being £5.90 a pint, he could charge £10 for all I care.

I don't begrudge him for trying to earn (more) money, that his prerogative. If people are stupid enough to pay them prices then more fool them.

But he's an absolute £#%&!ing @#%&!. That testimonial money should have gone to charity. We all knew at the time exactly what was going to happen, so why did he come out with that shit? Why not just keep quiet and be a selfish @#%&! like I'm sure many others do.
