Talented player, very smooth and classy. Lot of injuries already though, you wonder how he would last in the PL.

Would be surprised to see him go this summer. Decent season and his adaptability and intelligence will surely make him a valuable squad player at least in the short term.

Taking over from Carrick is an option, struggled a little in that role in his first season but perhaps worth another try. Does not really strike me as a Mourinho type midfielder, but he had good use out of Thiago Motta at Inter who is not the most dynamic.

Mou to perform a Lazaruz transformation on Jonesy and push him to become the new Terry that he was hoped to be.

Stones desperately needs a manager with a defensive focus to bring him on, talent but even watching him last night for England you see so many poor decisions.
