that's not really a fair player comparison. if silva and de bruyne play well, city look good, but anyone who thinks sterling, jesus and sané are better than we've got is insane (if you're going to include mkhitaryan and martial). the balance in our team is wrong and ibra isn't exactly mobile. but it's not money. sure, stick agüero in instead of ibra and we'd probably win every game, but it's not because ibra was free. ibra and rooney are slow.
