Absolutely.

Doersn't this suggest that the PL are accepting they have no idea of the sitruation regarding his ownership. How the £#%&! did the sanction him playing out the season then?

Says the BBC football editor. Hardly groundbreaking stuff.

This is so £#%&!ing ridiculous. If this is true, we're into whole new levels of stupidity here, levels that I had no idea even existed.

at least its got my pre-season sales gossip juices flowing nicely

United had to go ahead and get themselves involved this sort of saga. Its great fun watching it develop on the back pages, and its exactly this sort of activity that keeps us at the forefront of the paying public's minds. The first 3 sales were just too damn easy, give or take a work permit or two...

You're clearly a masochist. I bet you also enjoy being tied up, whipped and generally humiliated in all manner of different ways

If the Premier League seriously think that West Ham have any right over Tevez then why aren't they bothered that we have been tapping him up for the past few weeks?

Considering the fact they are used to blowing bubbles, the whole story of West Ham over the last year or so, is really turning into one big soap opera.
Joorabchian's loaning of two players he owns, to a club he wants to buy, only to be outfoxed by Magnusson (who not only bought the club but got those same two players in his squad, and for free, to boot). The ripping up of the contract that allowed the two players to join in the first place, and keeping hold of one of their registration documents, without the approval of Joorabchian (and now the player). Allowing one of those players, and not the other, to move to a different club. All the shady business that surrounded the deal/s in the first place. And now this.....

Have you seen this bit from that article :-

"The Premier League vehemently rejects this charge. It says West Ham told them they had torn up the agreement with MSI and had complete control over Carlos Tevez, there was no third party influence of the player.

"The Premier League merely wants West Ham to stick to this agreement and prove the undertakings they gave the Premier League still hold."

So after all that had happened before, the PL took West Ham's word that this had happened without them producing any evidence? On the basis of this lack of evidence the PL backed them in any claims by Sheff United. It's £#%&!ing unbelievable!!!!

If whu are found to have mislead the pl, and this transfer will confirm if they have, then they'll be going down.

Bascially the statement from the pl is surely a prelude to this....'if you lied to us west ham and the contract with Kia wasn't really terminated (which was obvious at the time) then you are a naughty naughty football club and your going dowwwnnnnn".
