Default Question for refs

I'm told that there are 3 offences where the ref is able to award a free kick but is unable to give a yellow card.

offside is one, any takers on the other two?

Is it where they take a throw in and it goes straight into the goal with no touches?

Back-pass is one. The final one I'm still unsure on.

A throw in that goes in to the goal results in either a goal kick or a corner I believe.

Is not allowing the ball to bounce from a drop ball an offence or is that covered by the umbrella of ungentlemanly conduct?
