So they'll have to spend big to get someone else's, most likely from smaller clubs who can't afford to keep their brightest talents. If there were not such huge financial disparity between the big clubs and the rest, you'd see this talent staying at their boyhood clubs longer, and those teams genuinely competing for titles. That's the way it works in, for instance, Argentina. |
