the comfort eating will take it's toll i think...

players are rarely the same if it's the full ACL or PCL snap.

Confirmed on official site:

Anderson out for six months

United midfielder Anderson has been ruled out for six months with a cruciate knee ligament injury.

The Brazilian was forced off in the first half against West Ham on Tuesday.

Sir Alex said on Thursday that he hoped the 21-year-old would be fit for the start of the 2010/11.
Looking very short in midfield now.

I think you have to play before you can become a scapegoat.

That might not be a bad thing. The time out just might wake him up to what he *appears* taking for granted.

Having said that, it didn't with his broken leg

I dunno, seems we're giving it a fair old go.

I guess now that Nani has played more than 1 decent game and Fletcher is no longer shit, someone had to take the fall.

That's the way it works.

Besides, Anderson is 21, so he's pretty much a lost cause now.

Let's see if it's still funny when Gibson is chasing Seedorf around OT next month.

Shame for the guy but I guess we have to take the positives. In Keano's case, 9 months of watching the team made him an even more influential player. Let's hope he takes on board what's needed, watches closely everything Giggs does and learns.

That's what I'd expect too, but it relies on an injury free two weeks for the players in question.

Otherwise, it's big Darron against Milan. A thought that terrifies me to my very soul.

The midfield looks very short on numbers now.

Giggs or Park central is an option.

Not even Big JOS to fill in

Maybe Rodrigo may get a chance on the bench at least?
