He'd probably do a good job. People here don't like him because he's very blunt and says things they don't want to hear, about the lack of player development, MLS being bad for national team players, etc.

He's a bit clueless tactically - one of those who think the only thing that matters is getting the players confident and motivated, which is all well and good until you're outnumbered in midfield or something and need to make a change - he won't do it. But he does seem to get the best out of technically limited players.
