Mourinho is not going to leave united immediately, any issues are easily resolvable

Mourinho wants control of the recruitment and medical department.

Mourinho expected to sign a new contract but united havent offered him any new deal.

He thinks he is the only one who could do the job and wants to be paid accordingly and wants complete comittment from the club and wants club to show support that they believe in him and his coaches.

Apparently agreed to a three year rebuilding job and hence bought less players aged 28 + and more younger players

This is the interesting part..
Castles says Glazers wanted more control of the football side when fergie retired but failed with two managers, Mourinho wants total control on the football side.
It has always been his goal to be at united long term if it worked, which so far it has.

If that last part is true about the Glazers, £#%&!ing hell. I despair

Long term goal

yep. he's such a wum he can't help himself. he's wumming his employers and own supporters. No wonder his wife is staying in london. Probably delighted not to listen to snide digs and power games every morning.

the medical point is interesting, Certainly one thing you associate with Mourinho is playing the same defenders almost every week, step forward Uniteds medical team....

Bogbrush first choice.

Ivan Perisic playing instead of Rashford.

Lummox who can't trap a bag of sand up front.

5 at the back at anfield.

Wasn't there a thread on here calling for a DOF, claiming that Mourinho wanted one too?

I'll say now what I said then: you're all clueless and should listen to the likes of me and Jose.

Didn't Villas-Boas win three trophies in a single season at Porto?

Are you Paul Merson by any chance?
