He was good until his injury IMO, playing in midfield didn't help either.

He's an ineffective anything really, apart from collector of bookings.

If it's so inconsequential why did you mention it? It wasn't too long ago for that, just to explain it. Personally I'd have preferred United to win against Liverpool even if it meant Smith not getting injured.

£6million for him was the best bit of business any club did last summer.....apart from ANDERSON of course
