That's my main concern with him as well, tbh.

Tbf he was never expected to give yoof a chance at Chelski in particular, instant success was the demand. Now is a chance to show he can do things in a subtly different way.

The next 2-3 years will be interesting, for sure. We're probably the only club in the world that could entice Mourinho despite not having CL football next season.
