So far in games i'm not seeing anything that he does that Jonjo Shelvey doesn't do tbh.

Sprays the odd long pass about, other than that. Nothing.

He would not be missed if taken out of the team.. In days gone by take Robson, Keane, Ince out of the middle of the park and there would be a huge hole, do the same with Pogba and I doubt he would be missed... He will never be a player that will run the show and dictate the tempo of play for us, he was bought to be our main man, and 2 years down the line he has done nothing to justify the price tag or the reason behind buying him.

He'll be judged on the big games. Doesn't need to be amazing in a routine win at Burnley. The double header against Juve, games v City and Liverpool etc are where he'll pay back his transfer fee. Or not.

He was good yesterday. 2 good games & 2 shit games not good enough. Would get more empathy if he came out & said he’s staying & has no interest in leaving. Until then it’s just easier to think he cba & windmill on him accordingly. At least with Mou it’s clear he wants to succeed here
