But he/United need to settle on a position he's going to be played in if needed. He's not got the skill to be a creative type (say Pogba) so is he going to be a defensive player like Matic (let's face it we don't have any cover for Matic) or an all action running around type like Herrera? Seems to me the best option for the team is to develop in the Matic role. Let's hope he gets the coaching he needs to step up a level.

Put in a really good performance tonight. Passed very well through the lines throughout the whole game.

Can easily slot in for matic didn't even notice he was missing tonight

Been a nice surprise from the last two games.

We should perhaps have known better than to judge him based off the first few months of the season.
