Why can’t you just be happy mate? It might turn out to be an inspired signing, and if not well then at least we tried something new with a proper pro instead of Pogba and Lingard at low cost and we’ll try something else.

We got what we wanted. Woodward gone, Judge gone, the scouts gone, Pogba, Lingard and the rest gone, Ole and Rangnick and all their staff gone. Why don’t we see what this new lot can do before tarring them with the sins of their predecessors? It all sounds a bit too gratuitously snide tbh.
