At the very least provide him some competition and see what he’s made of. No one’s place should be guaranteed at United. We saw how well that worked with Rashford under Ole.

Won the league at inter and only was released because the league didn’t accept his health condition , also also vital in that spurs squad. Didn’t cut it ok pal. He is technically very good on the ball. Something the squad lacks in numbers .

Probably means rashford in the Center. De jong ( if he arrives ) next to Fred.

A CB and RB and it’s shaping up. Or a CF.

Direct replacement for Mata in the weakling / nice guy / squad player category, I suppose.

We really need to be far more aggressive in the market, and getting players in to vastly improve the first XI.

Hopefully that starts happening soon, as Christian Eriksen on a freebie from Brentford isn't going to be closing any gaps on City and Liverpool.

Upgrade on what we have, in a position we are lacking numbers. Knows the league and has qualities we lack. For free, with other signings , it’s a no-brainer.
