Reminds us that the statues at OT could be much, much worse.

Shearer is always pegged as one of the top 'ones that got away' , but if we'd have got in him 92, there'd be no Eric. If we got him in 1997, there'd be no Sheringham or Yorke. And I wouldn't swap those players' contributions for anyone.
