Would be worth signing just so we could give him the number 4 shirt.

They want 50m, can’t see us going anywhere near that. Amrabat looks more likely

A midfield group of…

Casemiro
Amrabat
Lavia
Mainoo
Eriksen
Mount
Fernandes

Would be about perfect for now

With the money they’ve brought in from Henderson and Fabinho, that pays for the Hungarian lad they’ve got. Macalister cost them £35m and they’re struggling to fork out £50m for Lavia.

They can’t keep trying to cut corners and expect Klopp to bail them out every year by having them run around a lot. They’re trying to ‘net spend’ less than £100m on a rebuild. What year do they think it is?

They’ve got good forwards and their brand of play will ensure they rattle in plenty of goals, but that midfield and defence needs a lot of work and it looks like FSG don’t have the funds and/or inclination to do it.

van dijk isn't getting any younger and looked absolute shite last year as it was.

who are their other centre backs?? joe gomez?

Lot's of them complain about TAA at right back, mainly because he isn't one.

Nunez and Gakpo were far from convincing last season and Jota seemed to go a bit shit after his injury.

So basically, they need about half a billion quids worth of players. But according to Marlo they've bought fantastically and we've bought shit. Makes sense.

Yeah Klopp's only spent £300m the last couple of seasons.

Bloody FSG

Net spend. Klopp working miracles. Think you've lived there too long?

Thiago looks like he's off to Saudi also now - they've basically offloaded their entire shit midfield for profit & sunk the wages into younger replacements.

Selling Thiago will allow them to free up a lot in FFP terms to land this kid if they want to spend the £50m required.

Actually sounds like the Scousers have outbid Chelsea for Caicedo now hence why they have turned to Lavia...

So far they've got £50m ish for Hendo and Fabinho, and spent £110m+ on the Scottish lad and the Hungarian Aquilani.

This is after £200m on Dias, the shit striker and the dutch guy etc.

Their signings have gone proper shit these last few years. Has Woodward taken over?
